We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Care Coordinator to support the effective running of a busy homecare branch.
You must have:

As Care Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery. You will supervise office staff, deputise for the Branch Manager when required, and support all operational functions including:
Rostering & care coordinationCommunity care deliveryCompliance & auditPayrollComplaints & reporting Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe, legal and compliant delivery of servicesUphold company values in all aspects of service deliveryImplement London Care policies and proceduresManage Coordinators and Supervisors alongside the Registered Care ManagerSupport all aspects of care staff trainingOrganise and deliver Care Worker Induction TrainingLead regular staff meetings with the Registered Manager and SupervisorsMaintain full compliance across the branchEnsure legal and ethical running of day-to-day operationsWork within regulatory legislation, standards and regulationsMaintain accurate records in line with legal requirementsComplete and monitor assessments for new and existing customersFacilitate customer reviews in line with guidelinesLiaise with external health professionalsPlan and implement staff supervisions and appraisalsDeliver ongoing staff development in line with service needsMonitor health & safety in the office and in the fieldHold shared responsibility for all staff alongside the Registered ManagerManage quality control systems (uniforms, PPE, stationery etc.)Support complaints management and performance protocolsParticipate in the on-call rota, responding flexibly to emergenciesEnsure emergency issues are resolved effectively, including covering calls when neededRecord and audit all emergency activity appropriately APPLY NOW
