You don’t need an art background — just confidence in selling a luxury product and a genuine appreciation for art. Full product training provided.
What you’ll do
Deliver exceptional client service and create a memorable gallery experienceWork towards realistic monthly sales targets with strong commission potentialReact to walk-in clients and proactively generate new businessMake daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow salesManage client enquiries via phone and email with a polished, luxury-retail approachSupport occasional home consultations (driving preferred)This is a sales driven Management role where you will work on the floor servicing clients, as well as the management of the gallery. What you need
Passion for sales and premium productsStrong people & management skills and a consultative, service-led approachSelf-motivation and confidence making daily outreach callsFlexibility to work frequent weekends (5-day week) Salary
A mix of a strong basic + commission with realistic overall earnings. Details provided if shortlisted.
Initially a 12 month maternity cover contract.
