Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Welder to join our client based in Worcester. Our client is a well-established precision engineering company that works with major businesses within the agricultural and automotive industries, producing high-quality engineered components and solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder to join a skilled manufacturing team, with the potential to secure a permanent position, following a successful interview and weld test.
Your Role
As a Welder, your duties will include:
Carrying out welding work to a high standard on precision-engineered componentsWorking from engineering drawings and technical specificationsInspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are metSupporting the manufacture of products for the agricultural and automotive sectorsMaintaining tools and equipment in a safe working conditionFollowing all health and safety procedures within the workshop Requirements
Previous welding experience - essentialAbility to pass a weld test as part of the recruitment processExperience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment desirableGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, punctual and hard-workingAbility to work independently and as part of a team Pay & Shifts
