We are seeking a enthusiastic and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team!
Marston Court home is situated in the East area of Leicester and is close to all amenities. We are a 22 bedded residential care home that provides 24 hour care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. We also support individuals on a dementia care pathway. We provide high quality care and a safe environment that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life.
What You’ll be Doing
Design and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needsEncourage participation and build confidence through meaningful engagementWork closely with care staff and clinical teams to support holistic careOrganise events, outings, and seasonal celebrationsMaintain records and contribute to care planning What You’ll Need
Experience in a care or support setting (preferred)Creative flair and a passion for helping othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and engage individuals with diverse needsOrganised, flexible, and proactive approach Why Join Us?
