We are seeking a caring and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team.
St Anthonys Nursing Care Home for adults with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, complex health needs and bariatric care requirements.
Located in the peaceful village of Wombourne, near Wolverhampton, St. Anthony’s is a specialist care home with nursing service for adults aged 18 and over. The home provides 24-hour nursing and personalised care for up to 34 people living with long-term neurological conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs.
What You’ll be Doing
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residentsAdminister medications and treatmentsMonitor and assess residents' health and well-beingDevelop and implement individualized care plansCollaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.Maintain accurate care and documentationSupport residents in achieving their personal health goals What You'll Need
NMC Registered Nurse PinMinimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge in CQC regulations. and Safety Standards
