We are delighted to be working with a leading estate agency to find them an experienced and ambitious Lister / Sales Department Head for their Islington office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take on a senior role at one of the UK biggest offices with a focus on driving new business, achieving personal targets and helping to develop the performance of the wider sales team.
You’ll be responsible for:
Driving the generation of new business and developing opportunitiesAchieving personal sales, listing and revenue targetsBuilding strong relationships with vendors, buyers, colleagues and local contactsSupporting the office with a commercial understanding of profitability and P&LMaintaining high standards across compliance and internal audit requirementsIdentifying opportunities for cross-referrals across the wider business As Lister / Sales Department Head, you will receive:
£30,000 - £40,000 Basic SalaryCompetitive commission structure£80,000 - £100,00 OTECompany car or car allowanceCompany benefits and additional incentives Experience & skills you’ll need:
