We are delighted to be working with a leading property consultancy to find them an experienced and ambitious Associate Director for their successful Sevenoaks office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong estate agent with excellent local knowledge to drive new business, secure instructions and generate revenue across the Sevenoaks market.
You’ll be responsible for:
Achieving individual and team sales targetsSecuring new instructions and developing client relationshipsLeading pitches and winning new businessManaging negotiations and progressing sales through to completionProviding expert advice and exceptional customer serviceMaintaining strong local and professional networksSupporting the Head of Office with revenue and profitability As Associate Director you will receive:
