A growing science and technology company is seeking a Product Compliance Officer to take ownership of regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of healthcare, hygiene, and chemical products. This is an excellent opportunity for a regulatory professional looking to broaden their expertise across multiple product categories and play a key role in a collaborative technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain product regulatory compliance across the business.Act as the primary contact for compliance-related matters with external stakeholders.Provide regulatory guidance on product development, labelling, packaging, marketing, and sourcing.Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance action plans.Support UK and European product registrations.Create and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) using specialist software.Manage regulatory documentation and deliver internal compliance training.Work with external consultants, regulatory bodies, and industry networks. Required Experience
Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.3+ years' experience in regulatory compliance.2+ years working with chemical regulations, including REACH and CLP.Hands-on experience authoring SDSs for chemical mixtures.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Desirable Experience
Knowledge of Biocides (BPR), PPE, Medical Devices, and/or ADR regulations. Key Skills & Attributes
