Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week | Early or late shifts, 7am-11pm Location: Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD2 3TN - hybrid after training Contract: Temporary, ongoing

Standard Rate: £13.98 per hourEvening Premium (8pm to Midnight): £16.23 per hourSunday Rate: £17.48 per hourSunday Evening Rate: £19.73 per hourOvertime & Bank Holidays: £20.97 per hourOvertime/Bank Holiday Evenings: £23.22 per hour About the role

We need
A genuine passion for great customer serviceConfident, friendly phone mannerBasic IT skills (comfortable learning new systems, familiar with MS Office)Ability to juggle tasks in a busy environmentFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Where you'll be working
Based at Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee, with a flexible hybrid pattern once you're fully trained. Shifts are confirmed 4 weeks ahead, with a 45-minute flex window on start times.
