Internal Sales Support / Technical Sales Administrator £28,000 plus superb benefits package
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Are you an organised and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and finding solutions? We're working with a growing and highly respected specialist business looking for an Internal Sales Support professional to join their UK team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and wants to develop their technical expertise whilst playing a key role in supporting sales growth and customer success.
Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments, you will:
- manage enquiries
- prepare quotations
- process orders
- provide expert advice on product applications and solutions
You'll become a trusted point of contact, helping customers identify the right products for their requirements whilst ensuring projects progress smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
This varied role offers exposure to technical drawings, commercial quotations, account development and occasional customer site visits.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in sales support, technical administration, internal sales or customer service within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
