On-site Maintenance & Project Coordinator
Harrogate £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Company Van Provided - Yorkshire travel Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Our client is looking for a practical, organised and customer-focused individual to join their team as an On-site Maintenance & Project Coordinator.
This is a varied, predominantly site-based role combining project support, customer liaison and hands-on maintenance activities. Working closely with customers, suppliers and contractors, you'll help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This is not an office-based project coordination role. The majority of your time will be spent on-site supporting projects, coordinating activities and assisting with practical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout their projectCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and deliveriesVisiting sites to monitor progress and help keep projects on scheduleKeeping customers updated throughout the project lifecycleAssisting with maintenance, commissioning and handover activitiesSupporting contractors and helping resolve on-site issuesLearning and developing an understanding of specialist equipment and systems
About You
Practical or technical backgroundStrong communication and customer service skillsOrganised and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working on-site and alongside tradespeopleProactive approach to problem-solvingWillingness to learn new technical skillsFull UK driving licence Previous industry experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Suitable candidates may come from a hands-on background such as building, plumbing, maintenance, landscaping, groundworks, installation or general construction. We're looking for someone practical, organised and confident working on-site with customers and contractors.
