A successful Finance BP should have:
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.Strong experience in financial analysis and reporting.Proficiency in using financial systems and tools.Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
