Sales Account Manager Location: Blackpool, Lancashire Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + performance bonus Hours: Monday – Friday Axon Moore is representing an established and growing business within the food sector in the Blackpool area, who are looking to appoint a Sales Account Manager. The Role As Sales Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers while also identifying opportunities to develop new business. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing existing customer accountsIdentifying opportunities to increase sales and profitabilityBuilding strong relationships with new and existing customersMaking outbound calls and handling incoming customer enquiriesIdentifying and developing new sales opportunitiesRe-engaging inactive and prospective customersUnderstanding customer requirements and identifying suitable solutionsManaging customer contact and call schedulesProcessing orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining accurate customer recordsUsing sales reports and information to identify trends and opportunitiesSupporting promotional and commercial activityProviding excellent customer serviceCompleting general administration as required About You We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded and confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing business.
