A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Partner to join a leading Top 100 firm.
We are seeking applications from candidates wanting to join a highly successful award-winning firm with an outstanding commercial property practice. You will act on behalf of a broad client list comprising national landlords and tenants, large corporates, investors, developers and property funds among others.
The Role
Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactionsActing primarily for landlords and tenant, developers, investors and occupiersHandling matters including acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration, asset management and investmentDeveloping your existing practice and generating new businessCollaborating with colleagues across the wider firmRepresenting the firm at external events The Candidate
We welcome applications from candidates with 10+ years’ PQE (guideline only)A stable and current career in commercial property lawA proven history of new business development and client retentionExcellent communication skillsA natural team-player, who can supervise juniorsA client following is a pre-requisite This is a fixed share partner role, therefore a capital contribution will be required. This will be fully funded by the firm.
NB: we would consider applications from senior associates/legal directors working at larger firms who are blocked or who are ready to move into a partnership role.
