This is an exciting opportunity for a Plot Sales Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join an established legal practice that values its people, invests in development and puts exceptional client care at the heart of everything it does.
The Role
As the successful candidate, you will manage a busy plot sales caseload, ideally including plot sales and new-build transactions, overseeing matters from instruction through to exchange and completion. Working closely with clients, developers, estate agents and other solicitors, you will deliver a proactive, commercially focused service while maintaining high professional standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with equivalent expertiseHave 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing or plot sales workPossess strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy caseload independentlyDemonstrate excellent communication, client care and organisational skillsBe proactive, commercially aware, detail-focused and a collaborative team player Experience in plot sales, new-build conveyancing or residential property development would be an advantage.
