Venn Group's specialist Estates & Facilities recruitment team is recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to support a contractor delivering projects across a public sector estate. This interim opportunity offers a varied role working on complex building services, plant, and engineering systems across multiple sites.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Undertaking fault finding, testing, installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipmentEnsuring critical building services remain operational through planned and reactive maintenance activitiesProviding technical guidance to maintenance staff and contractors while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures About You
Significant experience working within a complex engineering or building services environmentExtensive knowledge of mechanical and/or plumbing systems and associated maintenance requirementsStrong understanding of relevant legislation, technical guidance, and industry standards Key Details
