Your new school Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)? Hays Education is urgently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Secondary School Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream and specialist secondary schools in Manchester Area.

Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN)Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagementFoster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentCollaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologistsTrack and report on student progress and development Requirements:
Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN settingTEAM TEACH TRAINING ESSENTIALOptional: Experience working within a healthcare/care worker settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach What We Offer:
