New Homes Business Manager Package:

New Homes Business Manager duties will include:
Business generation and presenting to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructionsLiaising with residential offices and developersManaging, incentivising, motivating your team of site sales consultantsEncouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuationsCommunicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriatelyProblem solving and influencing outcomeWorking towards set targetsWorking closely with the land team New Homes Business Manager requirements:
A proven track record of winning new homes sales instructions on varying size developments.A New Homes Sales Professional with some experience in residential estate agentsLiving in the Kent areaProfessional, organised and have a great work ethicHard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goalsWilling, confident and resilientHave truly exceptional customer service, and the ability to liaise at all levelsHave a proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business If you have the current relevant experience for this role please do not hesitate, APPLY TODAY and submit your CV.
