Description
This role is mainly hands on coding (70%) in C# in an AI first team (Claude) and the rest of your time looking after a small team of 4 developers
Design and develop scalable and efficient C# applications.Run scrum ceremoniesSprint planning sessionsUphold architecture and engineering standardEnsure an AI first cultureProvide technical leadership and guidance to development team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and resolve software issues and bugs in a timely manner.Maintain and improve existing software systems and applications.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
