Description
Taking end-to-end delivery ownership of key software development projects and enhancements Designing and building scalable, server-side Java services that enhance core financial systems Proactively identify and implement improvements Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood, designs are sound and deadlines are met Reviewing designs and code produced by colleagues, providing clear and constructive feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse technical requirements.Implement efficient and scalable code to optimise system performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay updated with the latest developments in Java and related technologies.Document code and processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
