Fully Remote | £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus Scheme

We're working with a growing structural engineering consultancy that has carved out a specialist niche in the design of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and precast concrete structures. Whilst still a relatively small business, they're involved in projects many larger consultants would be proud to have on their CV.
Their portfolio includes work across stadiums, high-rise developments, transport hubs, town halls, student accommodation and major commercial schemes, collaborating with contractors, manufacturers and design teams throughout the UK and beyond.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer who wants genuine responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to help shape the future of the company.
The Role
You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to manufacture and installation, acting as the technical lead whilst working closely with contractors, factories and clients. Responsibilities will include:
Structural design through all project stagesProducing calculations, reports and technical documentationLiaising directly with clients, contractors and manufacturing teamsCoordinating designs to ensure efficient fabrication and installationReviewing drawings and detailing packagesSupporting and developing innovative GRC and precast solutionsContributing to business growth and client relationships What They're Looking For
Civil Engineering degreeMinimum 5 years' structural design experience, including sufficient pre-cast concrete experienceExperience delivering projects independentlyStrong communication and client-facing skillsReport writing and technical documentation experienceDetailing experience using Revit is beneficial but not essentialChartered status welcomed but not required Why Join?
