As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right parts.
Responsibilities of the Role: Handling parts enquiries from customers and colleaguesProvide quotations for parts for internal and external customersIdentifying and supplying the correct parts accuratelyProvide technical support to customers and team members internally about spare partsProcessing orders and managing deliveriesMaintaining stock levels and carrying out inventory checksLiaising with suppliers to ensure availability and timely supplyActively advise on parts promotions Requirements of Role: Previous experience working within a Parts Department or within a Parts related roleExperience with Construction Machinery, Plant Machinery, Cranes, HGVs or the Commercial Vehicle sector is desirable Excellent communication and customer service skillsPreferably IT literate If you are someone that fits the above requirements and would like to find out more information about this opportunity, please contact Zoe Mansfield at the Elite Consultancy Network on or
