The role As Community Manager, you'll be the face of the building and the only member of staff on site. That means you own the day to day: residents, performance and how the place feels to live in. You'll work alongside an on-site facilities manager who looks after maintenance and an external leasing partner who handles lettings, with support from a regional operations manager. It's Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
What you'll be doing Building a welcoming community and handling resident queries, requests and complaintsManaging the site budget, forecasting and P&L, and reporting performance to stakeholdersWorking with the leasing partner and marketing team to hit occupancy and revenue targetsOverseeing tenancy management, including inspections, arrears and chargesPartnering with the facilities manager on planned and reactive maintenanceKeeping the building safe, compliant and well presented through regular walkarounds Skills and experience Essential
