About this role
Pertemps is supporting Royal Mail with warehouse recruitment at the Gatwick Mail Centre (Crawley, RH10 9AA). We’re currently looking for reliable Mail Sorters who are available to work night shifts.
This is a temporary, hands-on role within a busy parcel operation, with additional shifts potentially available during busier periods.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sorting and scanning mail and parcelsLoading and unloading mail, parcels and palletsMoving mail around the warehousePreparing mail and containers for despatchKeeping your work area safe and organised What We’re Looking For
No previous experience is needed as training is provided. You’ll need to:
Be available to work nightsBe reliable, punctual and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentBe happy standing and walking for long periodsBe able to handle mail bags up to 11kg and parcels up to 30kgBe comfortable switching between different warehouse tasks Pay Rates for the night shift is £16.44 per hour

Night Shifts:Typically start between 22:00 to 05:00
