We're working with a growing law firm in Liverpool that is looking to strengthen its Family Law team with the appointment of an experienced Family Solicitor or Family Law Fee Earner.

The Role You'll manage your own varied caseload of family law matters, including:
Divorce and separationFinancial remedy mattersPrivate children proceedingsChild arrangementsCohabitation disputesDomestic abuse mattersPre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreementsOther privately funded family matters You'll manage cases from initial instruction through to conclusion, working directly with clients and taking ownership of your caseload.
About You We're interested in speaking with qualified Family Solicitors as well as experienced Family Law Fee Earners.
You'll ideally have:
Strong experience within Family LawExperience managing your own caseloadExposure to private children and financial mattersExcellent client-care and communication skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing to the wider teamA commercial approach
