We're working with a growing law firm in Swaffham looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its established property team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload and wants to join a supportive firm where they can develop their career and become an important part of the department.
The Role You'll manage a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityNew build transactionsLeasehold mattersFirst-time buyer transactionsMore complex residential property matters where appropriate You'll work directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
About You We're interested in speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced Residential Property Fee Earners.
You'll ideally have:
Strong residential property experienceExperience managing your own caseloadConfidence handling transactions from instruction to completionExcellent client-care and communication skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailA commercial and pragmatic approach The Opportunity You'll be joining a growing firm with an established presence in the local market and the opportunity to develop alongside the wider property team.
