Your new role Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking for your next opportunity within a successful professional services business?We are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation in Bristol. This is a varied role offering exposure across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding the story behind the numbers. The roleAs Management Accountant, you will:
Prepare monthly management accounts and provide meaningful commentarySupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planningComplete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controlsAnalyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvementWork closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insightSupport month-end and year-end processesAssist with continuous improvements to finance processes and reportingProvide ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making What you'll need to succeed We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within management accountsIs part-qualified, qualified by experience or working towards ACCA/CIMAHas strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial dataCan communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholdersIs proactive, organised and commercially awareEnjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment What you'll get in return
