I'm recruiting for a Health & Safety Lead to join a market-leading manufacturer at their Middlewich site. This is a hands-on role supporting a small, high-quality production operation where you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, influence change and genuinely shape the future direction of Health & Safety on site.
Reporting into an experienced Group H&S Director who started their own career on the shop floor and progressed through the business over the last 25 years, you'll be joining an organisation that values development, listens to its people and promotes from within.
This isn't a tick-box compliance role.
The business is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, get to know the workforce, understand the operation and work collaboratively to improve systems, processes and culture. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, review existing management systems and implement improvements where you see opportunities.

NEBOSH General Certificate

Salary: From £45,000 with annual progression opportunities.
