Location: Exeter (Office Based) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (1 Hour Lunch Break) | 1 in 7 Saturdays

About the Company
Our client is a well-established and growing business within the automotive sector, known for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards across its operations.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organisation where you can develop your career within a supportive and professional working environment.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customers and internal departments receive accurate and timely support with parts enquiries, orders and stock requirements.
This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous motor trade experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming parts enquiries via telephone, email and in personIdentifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts and accessoriesProcessing customer orders and quotations accuratelyMaintaining stock levels and supporting stock control processesBuilding effective relationships with customers and suppliersWorking closely with workshop and service departments to ensure parts availabilityAssisting with goods inwards and stock managementAchieving individual and departmental sales targetsProviding a professional and efficient service at all times
About You
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant or within a similar motor trade roleStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environmentConfident IT skills and experience using parts systemsPositive, proactive and professional approachStrong team player with the ability to work independently when requiredFull UK driving licence preferred
