Senior Risk & Compliance Specialist Up to £75,000 London, UK Permanent – Hybrid Working
We are looking for an experienced risk and compliance professional to support the wider risk and compliance function.
What you'll do: Provide oversight and assurance across compliance activity.Review and challenge processes, controls and risks.Identify emerging risks and areas for improvement.Track actions through to completion.Support the development of the risk and compliance framework.Prepare clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders.Lead control reviews and support continuous improvement.Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain effective. Who you are: 5+ years' experience across risk, compliance, assurance or a related area.Strong experience across controls, assurance or risk oversight.Confident identifying risks and making sound judgements.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Comfortable challenging processes and escalating issues when required.Strong communicator with confident stakeholder management skills.Relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
