The Opportunity You'll have the opportunity to join one of the group's specialist recruitment divisions:
FinTech: Recruiting across Payments, Digital Banking, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Financial Technology.HealthTech: Working with innovative businesses across Digital Health, Medical Technology, AI and Healthcare Software.Energy & Infrastructure: Recruiting across Renewable Energy, Data Centres, Battery Technology and Next-Generation Infrastructure. You'll be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates across the US market.
Working with high-growth start-ups, venture-backed businesses and established technology companies, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own specialist market and place talented professionals into high-value positions.

You'll ideally have:
A 2:1 degree or above from a recognised university (essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA competitive, resilient and target-driven mindsetA genuine motivation to earn money and progress quicklyConfidence developing relationships and speaking with new peopleAn interest in sales, business development and international marketsA strong work ethic, with previous part-time work, sales experience or competitive sporting achievements viewed favourablyAvailability to start in December 2026 or January 2027 No previous recruitment experience is required, with full training provided from day one.
