Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive mainstream primary school? We are recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Victoria, Westminster, working within a specialist SEN Unit supporting children across EYFS and KS1.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant who enjoys making a real difference to children with additional needs while working alongside an experienced and caring team.
The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASD) and ADHDWork both 1:1 and with small groups of pupilsDeliver targeted interventions to support learning and developmentHelp create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environmentWork within a small SEN class of no more than 8 pupilsCollaborate closely with teachers, therapists and the wider school team What We're Looking For We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who has:
At least 1 year's experience supporting children with complex needsExperience in a school, tuition, or nannying environmentA calm, patient and proactive approachExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for supporting children with SEN Why Join This School?
