I'm currently supporting a global technology business in their search for a Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technical troubleshooting, customer interaction and product support, working with customers to diagnose issues, provide solutions and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What you'll be doing:
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customersManaging customer cases from initial enquiry through to resolutionInvestigating product, hardware and software-related issuesHandling complex queries and escalationsSupporting repair, warranty and replacement processesWorking closely with internal technical, product and operational teamsMaintaining accurate records using CRM and ticketing systemsContributing to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives We're keen to speak with people who have experience in:
Technical SupportProduct SupportCustomer Support EngineeringConsumer Electronics SupportTelecommunications SupportGaming Hardware SupportSaaS or Hardware Troubleshooting Environments Any experience with the following would be particularly beneficial: Troubleshooting & Diagnostics, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Hardware or software support, Escalation management,Consumer technology products, Audio, gaming, electronics or technology sectors
