Adecco is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our onsite client in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering ongoing work, competitive pay, and full training.
About the Role As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Full training will be provided across all production areas.
Key Responsibilities Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipmentCarrying out quality inspections and checks throughout the production processFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesWorking as part of a team to achieve production targetsCompleting production records and documentation accuratelyReporting equipment faults and production issues promptlyMaintaining a clean and organised work areaSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment What We're Looking For Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essentialAbility to work rotating 12-hour day and night shiftsGood level of English, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, hard-working, and punctualPositive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsFlexible approach to work and overtime when required What's on Offer? £15.58 per hour starting rate Immediate starts available Ongoing work Full training provided Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience
