As a Semi-Senior Accountant in Rochester, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting and finance activities for clients of our well established accountancy practice client.

Our client is a leading accountancy practice based on the outskirts of Rochester. They have recently gone through a significant period of change (following an acquisition). They are now keen to bolster their accounts department with the appointment of an Accounts Semi-Senior.
Description
Prepare and review statutory and management accounts for clients.Assist with tax computations and submissions.Manage bookkeeping processes for various clients.Communicate with clients to address queries and provide financial advice.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively.Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and high-quality services. A successful Semi-Senior Accountant should have:
Experience within an accountancy practice setting.Good knowledge of accounting software and tools.Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax processes.An organised approach to managing multiple deadlines and tasks.Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.A commitment to maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Relevant accounting qualifications or working towards them.
