The Role as a Outbound Sales Advisor As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll contact customers who have expressed an interest in our services, guiding them through available options and answering any questions they may have.
You'll combine excellent customer service with consultative selling, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information while maintaining the highest standards of FCA compliance.
Key Responsibilities Contact customers through outbound calls and email communicationsExplain product features, benefits, and suitability in a clear and professional mannerDeliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journeyManage customer enquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channelsAccurately maintain customer records using CRM and internal systemsIdentify potentially vulnerable customers and follow appropriate processesMeet individual and team KPI, quality, and sales targetsEnsure all conversations and customer interactions remain fully compliantWork collaboratively with colleagues across the wider departmentSupport continuous improvement and adapt to changing business requirements What We're Looking ForEssential Experience Previous experience within an outbound sales, telesales, contact centreStrong telephone-based communication skillsProven ability to build rapport and influence customers positivelyExperience recording and maintaining accurate customer informationGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAbility to work to targets, deadlines, and quality standards Personal Qualities Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeResilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentFlexible team player with strong problem-solving abilities Working Hours 37.5 hours per weekMonday to Friday working patternRotational weekend requirement of one day per weekend rotaDay off in lieu provided during the following week Disclaimer
