We are looking for a customer-focused Operations Specialist to join a growing business in a varied role covering customer service and operational support.
What you'll do: Manage customer queries across phone, email and chat.Support onboarding and daily operations.Resolve issues and maintain accurate records.Carry out routine checks and administrative processes.Work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. Who you are: Previous customer service or operations experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Empathetic, proactive and solutions focused.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Confident using systems and learning new technology.Experience within a regulated environment is advantageous.
