Junior Residential Property Conveyancer
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Location: Mansfield
SJC Legal is currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm looking to recruit a Junior Residential Property Conveyancer to join its established Conveyancing team in Mansfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Conveyancing Assistant who is ready to progress into a Junior Conveyancer position or someone already operating at junior fee-earning level. The firm offers structured training, close mentoring and genuine career progression, making this particularly well suited to someone looking to continue developing their technical conveyancing experience.
The Benefits Competitive salary depending on experience and qualificationsFull-time, permanent positionMonday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pmStructured training and mentoringGenuine career progression opportunitiesRegular development reviewsEstablished and highly regarded Residential Property departmentModern Case Management systems and technologySupportive and collaborative office environmentOpportunity to develop towards independently managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload The Role Assist with and progressively manage Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completionSupport across a range of residential property Sales and PurchasesAssist with progressing multiple conveyancing matters simultaneouslyPrepare correspondence and legal documentationCommunicate with clients throughout their transactions and provide regular updatesLiaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, solicitors and other third partiesEnsure matters are progressed efficiently and key deadlines are metMaintain accurate records using the firm's Case Management systemDeliver a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing processWork closely with experienced Conveyancers and senior members of the department to continue developing your technical knowledge The Candidate Have previous experience within Residential ConveyancingBe an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to progress or an existing Junior ConveyancerHave experience assisting with matters from instruction through to completionBe comfortable working across multiple conveyancing transactions and managing competing deadlinesHave strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailBe confident communicating with clients and other professionalsHave experience using legal Case Management systems and digital toolsBe proactive and keen to continue developing your technical conveyancing knowledgeBe comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience drafting legal documents would be advantageousCLC, LPC or another relevant conveyancing/legal qualification would be advantageous but is not essentialBe comfortable working full-time from the firm's Mansfield office How to Apply
