You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, with experienced support, an established client base and a consistent flow of work. This opportunity would suit someone looking to develop their career within a busy, growing department that values high standards of client care.
What you’ll do Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion.Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.Deal with new builds, transfers of equity, shared ownership, Right to Buy and lease extensions.Review titles, resolve issues and manage enquiries.Keep clients and other parties updated throughout transactions.Build relationships with estate agents and professional referrers.Work towards agreed billing and performance targets. What you’ll need At least three years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, with confidence handling transactions independently. Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers.
