This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established Data Hub function and play a leading role in shaping the future of enterprise data and AI. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight, helping build a scalable data platform that will support business-wide decision making and innovation.

The Role
You will lead the Data Hub engineering team, owning delivery, technical direction, and team development.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring data engineering teamsDriving delivery of a modern enterprise data platformOwning architecture and technical decision-makingConsolidating legacy systems into a scalable, governed environmentPartnering with business and product stakeholdersManaging distributed engineering teams and delivery processesEstablishing engineering best practices across Agile, DevOps, quality, and reliabilityContributing to the wider data and AI strategy
Your Skills & Experience
Strong people leadership within data or platform engineeringDeep Snowflake and DBT expertiseExperience delivering large-scale data platform programmesStrong SQL and Python skillsData architecture and governance experienceAgile delivery leadershipExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience leading offshore or distributed teamsHands-on technical credibility

DatabricksAI/ML platforms and workflowsAgent-based AI solutionsBackend or full-stack engineering exposure
