SF Partners are supporting a business in Lichfield who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis.
Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday 11am-7pm Salary: £27,500
Responsibilities will include:
Management of the day to day processing of the deliveries, collections, POD tracking, pallet labels, UPN messages, customer rate entries, building of jobs and consolidations within the software, any corrections that are required. To ensure that the EDI data is accurate and matches to what needs to be uploaded into the UPN software Ensure allocation requirements are met for priority vs standard service allocation Ensuring accuracy within label generation and the updates of this through the day Ensure all same-day collections and deliveries are booked early so that the labels are ready prior to warehouse start times, which allows freight processing without delay Enable efficient processing throughout the day to maintain service standard, inclusive of next day deliveries and collections as well job updates and amendments. Ensure that a constant workflow is maintained throughout the day by way of email responses, system updates, query resolution and any escalation to management where required. Ensure you are one of the key contact for customer queries, and communications from the depot. Maintain efficient responses to email and messages throughout the day as well as delivery queries and service updates that need to be dealt with. Ensure efficient coordination between all relevant departments for activity related communication, as well as external communication where necessary Ensuring efficient logging of hazardous freight and ensure correct inputting and management of rates Book ZF services into GO Ramp and coordinate the movement before the transfer into UPN Ensure all inputting of rates is accurate into customer jobs within Xsped Ensure all jobs are financially complete, ready for invoicing and accurate on pricing and the customer specific rate agreements. Management of PONT bookings inclusive of arranging deliveries, building jobs within the XSped software and supporting with job creation within the system to ensure traceability of all freight. Any other reasonable managerial request.
