My client a leading professional services firm requires Hospitality support on a temp basis ASAP. Excellent opportunity to gain some experience working in an office.
The role:
Communicating with employees in a friendly and professional mannerProviding excellent customer serviceTaking food and beverage orders and serving guestsPreparing and serving refreshments, tea and coffeeSetting up and clearing tables, meeting rooms and hospitality areasMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentationReplenishing food, drinks and hospitality suppliesSupporting with events, meetings and functionsAssisting with room set-up and turnaroundHandling guest queries and requests promptlyLiaising with kitchen, catering and front-of-house teams Ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in hospitality, catering, events, reception or customer serviceExperience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentConfident providing a high level of service to guests and clientsExperience serving food and beverages, including tea and coffeeExperience setting up and supporting meetings, events and functionsComfortable working as part of a busy teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, friendly and well-presented If you have previous hospitality, catering, events, reception or customer service experience and looking for some temp work please send your CV forward asap.
