Work with Customer Service to prioritize daily and weekly tasks to meet deadlinesOrganize warehouse and prioritize duties for warehouse staffCommunicate with Production Team in Los Angeles: confirm product receipts and request product shortagesCoach and develop warehouse staff to ensure accuracyEnsure warehouse packaging and organization supplies are available to meet upcoming needsPull inventory and document inventory pick on inventory box for wholesale customer account and website orders. Package product for ordersInspect and repack inventory returned from wholesale customersUnpack new inventory shipments received from manufacturing team in Los Angeles. Place new inventory into inventory box and update physical inventory increase on boxAssist co-workers with tasks as needed
Great attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to ask questionsBasic email and excel skills for company communication Comfortable standing and moving 8 hours a dayability to lift 40-45 pound boxes Ability to climb ladder to retrieve or put away inventory Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred but not necessary
