As a Sales intern for Hasana, Inc., you will be shadowing the sales and marketing team in addition to helping with specific responsibilities.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist Sales Director with mailings, organization of client books, prospectingAssist with showroom appointments and tradeshowsResearching targeted retailers to carry our brands as well as working with existing clients to get reordersResearching fashion trends through internet, magazine and other media outletsFiling, scanning, and organizing sales orders and receiptsSample pulls for pressAssisting Sales Director in selling appointmentsAssisting Sales Director with researching new selling opportunitiesAssist with production and design related dutiesPulls selling reportsKeys in related selling and generates a related selling reportGeneral admin duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable reaching out to clients by phone and emailHandles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned
A passion for women’s economic opportunitiesMust be a full or part-time student and working toward a degreeMust be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 monthsComfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomouslyAbility to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other groups as necessary both internally and externallyFlexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasksStrong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable softwareIntegrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player
