🌟 What’s the opportunity?
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, making sure the team has everything they need to deliver great food consistently.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen teamMaintaining consistently high food quality and presentation standardsMaking sure food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are always followedManaging stock, ordering and controlling wasteKeeping an eye on kitchen costs and supporting strong GP performanceOrganising the kitchen team and ensuring every service runs smoothlyWorking closely with the wider management team to deliver a great guest experienceCoaching your team and helping them develop their skills and confidenceLeading from the front during busy services and setting the standard for the team👊 What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who knows how to run a kitchen and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef or similarExperience working in a busy pub, restaurant or high-volume kitchenStrong people leadership and communication skillsA good understanding of food safety, allergens and kitchen complianceExperience managing stock, waste and kitchen costsA hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressureThe drive to develop your team and deliver consistently great foodA genuine passion for hospitality and creating great experiences for customers 🎁 And there’s plenty in it for you...
