Founded by Dr Janet and backed by more than 30 years of experience, our clinic is known for its high clinical standards, loyal client base, and long-standing, supportive team.
We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team for 2-3 days per week (approximately 14-21 hours per week), helping create exceptional experiences for our clients and their pets from the moment they walk through the door.

Located in the heart of Petersham, our clinic sits in one of Sydney's most vibrant inner-west communities.

About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position, working 2-3 days per week (approximately 14-21 hours per week).
This role is ideal for someone who loves client interaction, enjoys keeping a busy front desk running smoothly, and understands the pace and unique demands of a veterinary clinic.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and patients and creating a welcoming clinic experienceManaging appointments, bookings, and daily schedulesAnswering phones and responding to client enquiriesCoordinating admissions, discharges, and client communicationsProcessing payments and managing accountsMaintaining accurate client and patient recordsSupporting veterinarians and nurses through effective appointment coordinationAssisting with administrative tasks and day-to-day clinic operationsProviding compassionate support to clients during both happy and challenging momentsHelping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of receptionPlease note that this is primarily a reception and client care role. While previous veterinary nursing or animal handling experience will be highly regarded, this position is not designed to support junior nurses looking to progress their clinical nursing skills.
About You

You'll have:
Previous reception or client service experience (required)Strong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time-management abilitiesExperience managing appointments, bookings, and front-of-house operationsConfidence working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and administrative skillsPrevious veterinary nursing, animal handling, or clinical experience (highly regarded)Experience using veterinary practice management software (desirable)Most importantly, you'll be:
