As our Quality Assurance department is expanding, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic
Game Tester
for our QA team in Brno, Czech Republic.
You will closely work with your surrounding QA team and report to the QA Lead. Our QA team defines best practices to deliver a polished, immersive experience to our global community of players.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, analyse, and log bugs in our database with clear and detailed reportsConduct functionality tests on game features across multiple console platformsVerify bug fixes implemented by developers through regression and confirmation testingTest user-created mods submitted by our player communityInvestigate player-reported issues to assist in troubleshooting and resolutionUse creative problem-solving to find new and imaginative ways to break our gamesDesign test strategies for various aspects of the game, determining what needs testing and how to approach itApply industry best practices, research multiple sources of information, and leverage your expertise to improve testing methodsAnalyse existing workflows and processes, drive improvements and knowledge-sharing across the QA teamProvide feedback on game design, suggesting improvements or refinements to the development team Expected Qualifications
Some experience in a game development studio (internship, freelance, or other relevant roles)A strong passion for video games and an interest in the development processAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of Farming Simulator
What would be a plus?
Experience with Mantis bug tracking softwareFamiliarity with Sony and Microsoft platforms, as well as cross-platform gamingA deep love for racing games and experience with racing simulatorsKnowledge of or a strong interest in cars and motorsports What do we offer?
