Implement production plan in line with Processing Standard Operating ProceduresHandle water treatment plant (Backwash, chlorine, soda ash, etc.)Conduct routine cleaning-in-progress (CIP). Ensures proper and effective cleaning of production lines (Preproduction and Post production)Accurately weigh the ingredients used for production and ensure proper appropriate portion is used.Properly mix ingredients used for production in line with the manual.Adhere to the quality control process and standards of the company.Ensure safety of products and personnel.Prevent wastage in productionMaintain good manufacturing practiceEnsures continuous leaning and development and keep abreast of recent juice and beverages Degree in Food science and technology or related field from any reputable university. Relevant certifications and training are an added advantage.Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in independently processing juice in a semi-automatic and fully automatic Beverage production plant.Advanced knowledge of Juice processing and quality control.Must be able to independently conduct CIP, water treatment and batch mixing.Ability to conduct CIP, water treatment and batch mixing.Juice Processing.
