Responsibilities
Track and Trace shipments.Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation- including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other Expeditors offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and person to person.Accurate and timely client billing.Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships- airlines, trucking companies, and others.Maintain compliance standards at all times- including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements. Relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHighly detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamFluent in both Swedish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills What We Offer
