Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure a smooth and timely customs process flowUphold accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemsTrack and trace customs entry filings Maintain accurate and timely client invoicing Understand and follow curated customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declarationAssist with verification of customs declaration information and the submission of such to the customs authorityEnsure compliance at all times to internal and external regulations Effective interpersonal skillsCoachable, receptive to feedbackStrong written and verbal communication Pro-active approach, strong organizational and computer skillsExcellent computer skills (Microsoft office suite) Fluent in reading and writing in EnglishReporting Structure
